The Conservancy trails are maintained by the officers and volunteers of the Scio Ridge Land Conservancy.

The Board of Directors was set up to consist of nine members from the surrounding neighborhoods of Hometown Village, Meadowinds, The Ravines, The Uplands, Walnut Glen, Walnut View, and Woodchase Apartments.

The board meets four times per year to review current projects and plan new ones to enhance and protect the Conservancy property.
